You can pay your bill through the My3 app, online at three.co.uk, by calling 333 from your Three phone, or by visiting any Three store. Direct Debit is the easiest way to ensure your bills are paid on time.
All Three phones are sold unlocked, so you shouldn't need to unlock your device. If you're having issues using a different network's SIM card, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
If your phone is lost or stolen, please call us immediately on 333 (from another Three phone) or 0333 338 1001 (from any other phone) to report it and block your SIM card to prevent unauthorized usage.
